You’re invited to the Noble Wellness Mid-Day Muscle Up Strength Training Class Series!
Join us for Mid-Day Muscle Up! 1-hour group strength training classes for adults 18+ of all fitness levels. Sessions will be held in-person and online. Whether you're new to training or a seasoned pro, this is your midday chance to get strong and give back.

IN-PERSON, Tuesdays 12:30-1:30PM (3-sessions: Sept. 9th, Sept. 16th + Sept. 23rd)
Sutcliffe Park (beside the Granville Island Waterpark & Community Centre, Vancouver) VIEW MAP
ONLINE, Thursdays 12:30-1:30PM (3-sessions: Sept. 11th, Sept. 18th + Sept. 25th)

While classes are FREE to participate, we’re also raising funds (by donation) for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Vancouver, supporting life-changing mentorship for local youth.
