The consultation is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us and our personal training programs.

Online single-session personal training starts at $60 for 60 minutes. In-person personal training starts at $80 for 60 minutes. For optimal results, we generally recommend 2-3 sessions per week. We offer a discounted rate when you book 4 or more sessions.
